As a part of capacity building training, AYON and Y-PEER jointly organized national level training program for AYON and Y-PEER members from all across the nation. The training was taught by Organization Development Center (ODC) in a Package itself and provided all the required technical support. The programme aimed to enhance the participants’ knowledge and skills on project management, proposal writing and report writing. The first training on Proposal and Report writing was held at Kakani from participants 28th Nov- 2nd Dec. 2011. There were a total of 30 participants participating in the training. The 2nd training was also held on proposal and report writing at Chitwan from 12th Dec.-16th Dec. 2011 where 38 youth organization’s representatives participated. The final training on Project Cycle Management was held at Nagarkot from 18 Dec. - 22 Dec. 2011. 35 participants had participated in this program. The training was a great platform for representatives of both Y-PEER and AYON to share each other’s experiences and learn from each other. There were many participants who were from the same district and region so this training was an opportunity to know more people and their ideas and experiences.
